Midgets pulling an airplane. Really, WTF?

This picture raises a number of questions but, really, this deserves a “motivational poster”…

Remember Carrie Prejean? She was the former Miss California who made statements regarding same-sex marriages that didn’t go over too well.

Several weeks back Prejean was on Larry King Live and gave on “stellar” interview.

She simply is not connected to the reality of being a public figure, and I have to wonder what reality she is connected to.

A woman is suing her former boss (oh, yeah, and lover) after she lost facebook friends. Really, I’m not kidding:

A woman who became involved in an extramarital affair with her former boss is suing him for calling her a “crazy b–” and a stalker, leading her to lose business clients and Facebook friends.

According to the lawsuit — filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court — Richard C. Gloor made the damaging remarks about Annmarie Swatos after the two ended their affair and Swatos was terminated from her job at Gloor Realty Co.

The whole story just seems to be filled with all shorts of wrongness. Extramarital affairs. A boss/direct report sexual relationship. Name calling.

I didn’t know what to make of this at first, actually, I thought it was a joke.

It’s not.

While this is not a reason to mix work with pleasure, it is also a reason to not be a dick.

So, does anyone else find this commercial to be creepy?

There is a version that ends with with the oven saying “Put it in me, Scott” where as, in this version, it is about half way through. I guess it could have been more creepy if the voice of the oven was a woman… but still… I feel slightly dirty.

Really, I thought I had seen it all.  Ok, not really, but I never really thought I would see something like this:

Dr Paul Grabb, a paediatric neurosurgeon, said he operated on Sam Esquibel at Memorial Hospital for Children, Colorado Springs, after an MRI scan showed a microscopic tumour on the newborn’s brain. Sam was three days old and otherwise healthy. Grabb said that while removing the growth he discovered it contained a nearly perfect foot and the formation of another foot, a hand and a thigh.

Oh, want a picture?  You can find it here

I really don’t know what to say.

For a number of years, I thought the following Skittles commercial was flat out creepy.

But I was WRONG when I saw the next commercial

Dude, seriously, this is some pretty messed up crap

How creepy is this?

Japanese scientists at Tsukuba University developed a “human” robot to assist the elderly and disabled individuals with mobility issues.  Replete with a whopping 50 sensors (sarcasm) the robo-helper is going into mass production this Friday.

Here is my question:  If you have any ability to develop a robot that looks like a human and acts like a human, why develop one that looks as if it has Down Syndrome?

Just scanning the news today when I found this wonderful headline:

Doctor convicted of giving patients breast massages – to cure their hair loss

From the article:

Leading hair consultant Praminder Mankoo told his victims they needed stress relieving massages to help with their scalp problems but instead groped their breasts under the guise of ‘treatment’. Ms Franklin, of Windsor, Berkshire, said: ‘He began to massage my shoulders and slowly his hand crept down until he had a full hold of my breast. Then he ripped off his coat and stripped naked.

Actually, if you read the entire article you’ll see how disgusting this guy really was… what I would like to know is why it took 10 years to have him convicted, and I would also be interested to know how many other women this happened to.
