Midgets pulling an airplane. Really, WTF?

This picture raises a number of questions but, really, this deserves a “motivational poster”…

Oh, wow.

So the rumor coming out of the UK – as reported by the Sun – is that in order to save his marriage with Elin Nordegren he must pick between his wife OR golf.

Now color me skeptical here but does one really expect Tiger to quit his habit of sticking it to porn stars simply because he is no longer associated with the game of golf? That is like a wife telling her coke addict husband that he needs to stop going to work in order for the two to stay together.

If the rumor is true maybe Elin is operating under the theory that the only reason Tiger is cheating has to do with his constant traveling. Just going out on a limb here, but I’m going to have to say that is not the case. The man, basically, could do anything he wanted – he had the money and he had the opportunity – and he still does.

Yes, endorsement deals are falling by the wayside. That means income will be decreasing. If he is no longer golfing that also means there will be no income from there.  Let us just hope he saved up some money if his wife expects to be living the same lifestyle she was previously comfortable with.

But why do I stay that Tiger still has the means and opportunity?

As an individual that attained the level of success he has, without a doubt, he also had a staff or group of assistants that helped him manage his life. Someone to take care of what tournaments he was going to play in. Someone to manage his money. Someone to arrange his meetings… and by meetings I mean someone who was picking the time and place for him to continue seeing some of his women.

You know there is someone also covering for him. This is a poor move on Elin’s part…

Oh, can you hear the midgets screaming!

Tiger Woods is now linked to woman number 11 and wouldn’t you know it she is another porn star!  Mystery woman #11 is Joslyn James. According to Boobpedia (NSFW, Obviously) James seems to “act” as a MILF quite often, if that is so, the next logical question is why didn’t he just stay at home with his own MILF?

This story progressed so far, so quickly I’m waiting for the women to start saying what was going on behind closed doors.  What we think is Tiger practicing his stroke may turn into some weird fetish story about how Woods was into enemas, foot worship and piercing. Come on, he is running around nailing anything with a pulse and isn’t using protection would it be that far of a stretch to see him into some really ‘unique’ sexual stuff?

Here is a man that appeared to have everything – he is the best golfer in the world, he has (or had) an attractive wife, plus he has beautiful children and an ungodly amount of money to provide them financially for the rest of their lives.

Really Tiger, what were you thinking?

My vision of this story has moved even further into the perverse.

We are watching one of the worlds most respected athletes come apart like space shuttle Columbia over Texas – things were going well until a small problem turned into a catastrophic failure, everything started falling apart, and the nation was simply looking up watching it happen in real time with no ability to help.

Amazing.

Why does one cheat?
There could be a number of reasons – an insecurity that on needs to fill, a dislike of the one an individual is with, the love of another person, a desire for something different, or, in some cases, a person cheats simply because they can.
I know nothing about the person life of Tiger Woods; however, over the last several days the media has seen it fit to blast just about every little detail of the man. It was a car accident! Did he cheat? Was his wife attacking him and he was trying to get way? How many women did he cheat with?
Up until today I really did not care. The man mad his decision and in no way did it impact my life – it was none of my business. I’m not passing judgment, no one knows what lifestyle he and his wife decided to live, but the situation seems to be becoming more and more bizarre to the point where I simply cannot ignore it.
First a voice mail surfaced… then the names started to pour in… and there were names…. a club hostess, a socialite, a club manager, a swimsuit model, a lingerie model, a pancake house waitress that lived in a trailer park (yes, a trailer park) but the one that caused me wake up and enjoy the freak show was Holly Sampson, a former porn star that was in such hits as “OMG, Stop Tickling Me”, was linked to Tiger.
At this point the list is up to 10 women.  Would it really surprise you if this was never ending?
Really, this is like driving by an accident scene of a car full of midgets that collided with a cow that was being mounted by a moose when the midgets made impact. You know you are witnessing the bizarre and you have to take it in.
We don’t know why Tiger cheated, maybe his wife allowed him to have something a little on the side but he got greedy, or maybe he did it because he could. I don’t know, nor do I care, I simply am enjoying how this is all playing out as even the best of writers couldn’t make stuff like this up. We will see just how this plays out, but I can almost guarantee you it will be very interesting by the time this is all said and done.

Remember Carrie Prejean? She was the former Miss California who made statements regarding same-sex marriages that didn’t go over too well.

Several weeks back Prejean was on Larry King Live and gave on “stellar” interview.

She simply is not connected to the reality of being a public figure, and I have to wonder what reality she is connected to.

Seriously, it was a matter of time before a news story like this appeared.  The co-writer of Pulp Fiction has landed in prison and is now - allegedlytweeting.

Roger Avary, one half of the “Pulp Fiction” writing staff (the other being Quentin Tarantino), got one year of prison for vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving. Now it looks like he is tweeting from behind bars with gems such as this:

“Nightly, every few hours like clockwork, a guard’s flashlight beam strikes #34’s face, perhaps to ensure lack of proper rest and exhaustion,”

or

“Night falls, and the only real activity is an endless recounting of the terrible and pointless events that brought us all to this sad place,”

We don’t know if this is real or not, but if it a famous person is sitting in prison, tweeting away, I would have to wonder if they are somehow creating a security risk for themselves.  Assuming this is real, it could be one interesting read over time…

I’m not sure if this is funny OR if I should feel sorry for this individual.

Picture this: As a young child you find out that you are adopted.  The drive to determine who your real parents kick in even though you have a family that loves and supports you.  After using social services agencies to track down your mother you begin to have written contact with your father… who always signs his letters with a swastika.

It turns out your father is Charles Manson.

The bit from the story that I find to be classic is this:

Mr Roberts fears he may have inherited some of Manson’s characteristics but insists he is a very peaceful person.

“I’m not nuts but I’ve got a little bit of it,” Mr Roberts said.

“It’s scary and upsetting. If I get worked up, my eyes get really big and that’s really freaked some people out before.

Again, don’t know if I should find humor in this or feel bad for the guy… I mean, really, he was warned.

A woman is suing her former boss (oh, yeah, and lover) after she lost facebook friends. Really, I’m not kidding:

A woman who became involved in an extramarital affair with her former boss is suing him for calling her a “crazy b–” and a stalker, leading her to lose business clients and Facebook friends.

According to the lawsuit — filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court — Richard C. Gloor made the damaging remarks about Annmarie Swatos after the two ended their affair and Swatos was terminated from her job at Gloor Realty Co.

The whole story just seems to be filled with all shorts of wrongness. Extramarital affairs. A boss/direct report sexual relationship. Name calling.

I didn’t know what to make of this at first, actually, I thought it was a joke.

It’s not.

While this is not a reason to mix work with pleasure, it is also a reason to not be a dick.

This is very scary - a missing laptop from the BlueCross BlueShield Association contains data on 800,000 doctors:

The Chicago Tribune reports that some 800,000 doctors are being warned about a laptop holding their personal data that has turned up missing from the Chicago-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Nearly every practicing physician in the country is being cautioned as a result of the theft of the laptop from an employee’s car. At risk are the doctors’ business and personal information including Social Security numbers, addresses and certain identification numbers.

Stealing laptops is asimple way data thieves can tap into porous corporate networks. The granddaddy of all data breaches attributed to a lost laptop involved the Department of Veterans Affairs. The agency lost records for 26.5 million active duty troops and veterans stored on a laptop and external drive, which disappeared during a burglary of the home of a VA data analyst in 2006.

Laptop theft appears to be on the rise, says Jim Alves, executive vice president at Kaseya, which supplies programs that help corporations keep track of their tech gear. Kaseya has helped several customers in recent months recover stolen laptops, he says.

“Laptops and other portable devices are frequently lost or stolen, resulting in rampant data loss,” says Alves. “Users of personal devices do not often think about losing the item or having it stolen.

Suspicious.
