Granted, i am not the most politically saavy person i know but is it just me or has anything about Ahmedinejad as a national leader sat well with you? There is a certain sense you get about most leaders that coveys a sense of dignity, hope, knowledge, organization, the BIG picture, focus on either the people and/or businesses, etc.. But with him, I simply don’t see it. His focus, to me, has always seemed to be exercising his authority to satisfy self-servimg internal/personal agenda items (ego, contol, power, all IN the NAME OF Religion of course, ECT.. ) as opposed to for the country. I could be wrong but he just doesnt seem to best represent a solid “national leader” of the people, to me. Am I missing something?

I don’t think you are missing anything, actually. From what I’ve seen – and I admit it’s not that much – but he does appear to focus on agenda items.

Now, most leaders do the same but they attempted to cover it in the ideals of the “bigger picture” with him, not so much.
