No, no – for the love of your holy god – NO!

The octuplets mom (and her spoats team of a family) are getting a reality TV show.

The Southern California woman who gave birth to the world’s longest-surviving set of octuplets has signed a deal to star in areality television series, her lawyer said Sunday.

Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to the six boys and two girls in January and also has six other children, agreed to be filmed for a proposed television show by 3Ball Productions, attorney Jeff Czech said.

Boy, you don’t think this was part of her master plan, do you?

I mean… she:

  • was too busy to date because of here kids
  • was too busy to manage a meaningful income so she needed to live off of her student loans
  • couldn’t give enough time to her kids so had a large number of people help her… but most of them quit

All the while:

  • she had publicist
  • appeared in high profile interviews
  • stated that she intended to PROFIT from her disabled child

So, she was too busy for life (except for gestating a few kids) but she isn’t too busy to have every aspect of her life documented for a TV. Seriously this just pisses me off beyond belief.

Was her pregnancy and hospital care state funded?

If I was the government i’d put a freeze on all business earnings capped at whatever welfare is for someone with 8 kids until the public debt was paid off.

This woman is far more damaging to to IVF’s reputation than fighting homosexual couples or disabled people wanting designer disabled kids ever will be.

Well… she used her student loans – and money she obtained in a lawsuit – in order to undergo fertilization procedures.

As she was not working, didn’t have insurance (if I remember correctly) and her parents filed for bankruptcy, I would have to assume that the hospital care was state funded.

I would have to spend some time looking for that info, but based on all I know that would be the case.

And, I agree. The govn’t needs to go after her earnings in order to get back what the pumped into this as I believe it was a total scam.

Oh, this doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s not about time. It’s about MONEY.

Doesn’t surprise me either, I had just hoped that people would reject the idea… so much for that.

People will be glued to the TV
and she’ll being pulling in the
big bucks, which of course, (wink)
will be to establish college savings accts for her tribe of children. It’s the Drew Peterson
syndrome: people know it’s odd,
wrong, off, etc yet can’t stop themselves.

But it’s WRONG!

I know you are right, that is what will happen but still… WRONG.
