I find this woman to be very enterprising:

A 15-year-old girl has been charged with cultivating cannabis valued at £750,000 at a house in Sunderland.

Up to 1,500 plants along with sophisticated lighting and ventilation equipment were found at the property in Trimdon Street, Sunderland, on Tuesday.

The schoolgirl was arrested near the property and has been charged with cultivating cannabis.

She is due to appear at Sunderland Magistrates’ Court on Thursday afternoon, Northumbria Police said.

Here we have a 15 year old that is running a major drug operation. 15! I question if she did this all on her own, or if she is simply the figurehead for someone else. Assuming she is the kingpin, just imagine what she could accomplish if she to her talent/energy and placed it into something legal.
